At launch, our services are available to seniors, and those supporting them in the MidAtlantic Region. Our home base team will travel to locations in parts of PA, NJ, DE, and MD.  We hope to expand to other regions in the future.

YourPivotPartners offers a variety of services aimed at helping seniors age-in-place safely.  Our services are provided based on donations received, and clients' ability to pay.  Sponsorships are always welcome, sponsors can be through grants, donations of cash or equipment, gofundme campaigns, community organizations, religious organizations, or just friends and family.  We encourage the families of those we serve to donate their DME as their needs evolve, and pay it forward if they are able.  We will come to your home or the home of your loved one, assess areas where we can help, wether it's decluttering and organizing and cleaning, or installing grab bars, highlight tape for visual queueing, adding non-skid traction tape to stairs, bathroom, or other areas.  We will work to build, or have pathways and railings built that make it easier to safely get in and out of the home.  We will provide resources for partner organizations that can assist with legal and financial planning.  We can coordinate "signing parties" to bring a mobile notary, witnesses, and legal paperwork to YOU, at home, or in rehab or similar facilities to help you..
